Support is available for any aspect of the SoldierNET service, connecting to it and for administration of your account. We give support for all the hardware and software that we provide but are not able to provide support for problems related to hardware or software that we do not provide. You will need to provide your username and/or voucher details.
Telephone support is available Mon-Fri, during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
